Hmmm---trying to remember the last time I told my wife to do something and got any kind of positive outcome.....
What I did do was simply install Linux on the home PC, port over all the files, e-mail settings, etc.
I offered to help show users how the new system works---"no thank you"
Occassionally, someone asks a question
Less often, someone complains. Response: you want your computer set up differently, we'll get you your own and you can set it up. (That ends that)
Bottom line: everyone doing fine on Linux

Observation: 99% of the people who claim they **can't** do something (learn something) are really saying: "I don't WANT to." The ultimate day of reckoking will maybe be on economic grounds.

Wife just came home---I need to tell her to fix dinner....
