This is ridiculous! I even can't finish read whole lawyer letter...
Microsoft themself didn't close down their API, but want to blame others people use their API to make their product better? Didn't the visual studio express just for fun? And you issue a lawyer letter for developer just for fun too?
*However, I did agree that the developer is violated Microsoft License... Microsoft always prepare to sue people...
*plus, I hope I don't have any issue if I develope some software for my friend/client which related to microsoft (maybe OOXML, windows API, or etc)
And, actually I don't have so much times to study all microsoft license at all.

Ks
