LQ Would Like Original Articles

At the right hand side of the screen, there is a box which reads
Quote:

Write for LQ
LinuxQuestions.org is looking for people interested in writing Editorials, Articles, Reviews, and more. If you'd like to contribute content, let us know.
We do honestly want original content from you, the members of LQ. (We alkso like the Linux news links so keep them coming too).

So what does this have to do with you? Well, at the bottom of this post there is a link to email me. If you have an idea for an original article, put together a very brief summary of it and email me. I will then make contact with you and we can work together on making your idea into an article. I will be acting editorially, by the way, and won't be looking for a credit ;)

Articles can be on almost anything - read through the ones we have already and see if there is something you have been thinking of that would fit here.

Get writing!

By the way, please do not respond to this post. Use the "email" button.

For a start, I did not say to use the contact link. I said to use the "email" button at the bottom of the post. The instruction was correct at the time of writing and, in fact, I received an email.

Since the upgrade, you should now click my user name (to the left of my post), go down to Contact Info and click the link which reads "Send a message via email to XavierP".

amitsharma_26, please report any bugs to:
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/lqbugs.php

I can confirm that the url for that page is now:
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/sendmessage.php

If you followed a valid link please file a bug report with more information. Thanks!

Mod Note: Top of this thread reads:

Linux - News, Articles and Editorials This forum is for Linux News and original Articles and Editorials. If you'd like to write content for LQ, feel free to contact us.
All threads in the forum need to be approved before they will appear.
And the contact link there works fine.
