Lightworks released as open source


This isn't exactly a Linux News, but it will interest Linux users that are eager by more choice in video NLE (non-linear editors). Please note that this decision was rather recent, and we still can't download anything.

Cool, I'll try it when it comes out. This seems to be more advanced than anything I've seen available. I'm glad they will release it.

Ditto, I've done some video editing but I've never used it. Interested to see how it compares.
