grsecurity - Passing the Baton

Anyone here use grsecurity and have any thoughts about this? Think this will lead to any distributions picking up grsec patches? Or picking them up again, in the case of Arch/AUR?

Last time I checked, Linux user 000.000.001 had a somehow final opinion on the grsecurity patches:
