frankly speaking , i'm kind of clueless about what the hell they are talking about , those crn ,epr , crm , pos , blah blah blah , etc etc , but feels that its still kind of interesting or what , at least i'm aware(even without much understandings) of something or efforts others have put into it , which are more than just some "computer softwares" ...
