Asus to ship all motherboards with Linux
 
FIRST TIER Taiwanese motherboard vendor Asus confirmed Wednesday that it will extend inclusion of Splashtop Linux from just a few of its most expensive models to more products and eventually throughout its entire product range.

"In response to great user feedback, our plan is to proliferate Express Gate across our entire motherboard product portfolio, starting with over one million motherboards per month," said Joe Hsieh, Asus general manager of its motherboard division.

Very interesting story, here's the link to the "Print" version: http://www.theinquirer.net/articles/...erboards-linux, for those who prefer less clutter. At least inquirer.net doesn't seem to have obnoxious advertising scripts on their regular news pages.
