Zoneminder cannot view video of mobotix camera


Hi to all,
I am using mobotix camera m12 with zoneminder 1.23.3. zoneminder is installed completely along with ffmpeg. But i cannot view any image or video in zoneminder from camera. we have checked on ethereal.when we start zoneminder image is recieved from camera. video is also viewable from browser.have captured packets of both browser and zoneminder they are same and has image. However zoneminder is unable to show video. we are using fedora core 10. please tell me what to do. I have already visited this link http://www.zoneminder.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=13726 but no luck. also ffmpeg is not an option ins Source Type. please help out?
