zimbra administration console is not accessible
 

hello friends,

I had installed zimbra collaboration suite. with the help of www.zimbra.com. and according to tutorial provided on the site, I installed zimbra. I tried 2 to three times with all precaution that are written in the tutorial.

that is some sendmail and other service must be stop, some package must be installed before zimbra installation. dns must be properly configured with MX record.

Each step is completed without error, but when I am accessing zimbra
with URL as per tutorial. I am not getting admin console.
I also tried URL with domain name, with ip. but everything failed.
URL is https://example.com:7071

Is that much info is enough.

If anyone can help...please

I have the same problem. I checked to make sure there is no firewall. How do I know the service is even running on the server? What is the name of the service. I have started all services through zmcontrol CLI.
