Zathura PDF viewer: how to yank a link into the clipboard?

I can make Zathura display links in the command line by hitting F then typing the according link id number and Enter, but how do I yank that link into the system clipboard so I could paste it into another program (text editor)?

Maybe right click and 'copy link to clipboard'.

clipboard or primary selection?

i use a clipboard manager to be able to access both.

maybe right click + drag to highlight? maybe Ctrl-y?

Nope, that was the first thing I tried. And I couldn't find a binding for it on the manpage, just for left click, which follows the link.

Is the primary selection the stuff that gets saved when I select something with the mouse while holding Shift? Doesn't seem to have any effect in zathura, though I would prefer a hotkey.

Ctrl-y seems to have no effect.

First step in the right direction. If I hit F, type the id number then Enter, the link appears at the bottom in command line. If I right mouse click on command line, I get a popup menu that has an active Copy item which does the job. Technically, this answers my question, but I'll let the question unmarked as solved for a bit more just in case if there's a keyboard hotkey replacement for these mouse actions and somebody happens to know it. Searches for "copy" and "yank" in the manpage of zathura give no relevant results.

fwiw, i've been using mupdf for a while, then i tried zathura and my immediate reaction was "this is lightweightness done wrong" - still happy with mupdf.
even Xpdf is pretty good actually.
but you need to grasp the concept of primary selection for those.
