yum stops working

hi all,
when i run
yum -y install xmms:
that's what happens:
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, presto, protectbase, refresh-packagekit
Determining fastest mirrors

and yum stops to work,nothing happen,and after a while when i press ctrl+c that's what i got:
fedora/metalink | 0 B 08:22 ...
but again nothing happens,
i have fc11 and rpmfusion installed
i did yum clean all,--disable=fastestmirror,protectbase but still can't solve my problem,

It's usually not a good idea to use the -y option because you cannot confirm if this is what you want after you get the summary.

I doubt that this is related to your problem, though.
