i'm trying to run the yuki chan pentest tool for the second time but it says permission denied,what could be the problem here?

Exactly what it says being "permission denied". It means that the user account you are trying to run the "pentest tool" under does not have permission to run that app.

In Linux there is what you call the "root user" account, which has all permissions and can perform any operation on the system. Those kind of apps generally require "root" permissions. Depending on the distribution involved, it may be "sudo" that you need to put in front of the command/app that requires such permissions. You don't say what distribution you're using so I don't know if you need to be the "root user", or you need to use "sudo".

I must say that if you're getting stuck with permissions, then perhaps you should brush up on the basics. Permissions are something you would need a handle on to be able to do pentesting.
