Yellowdog installation on Performa 6360

Hi everyone!

I am attempting to install Yellowdog on a Performa 6360, which is the only Performa which will actually boot Linux. Yesterday I went through the initial preparations. I created my parititions, installed OS 9.1 on one partition, and then using BootX switched into Linux. After selecting my default language and keyboard layout, I attempted to begin the installation. I installed the first CD, which I had burned from the ISOs I had already downloaded, and selected CDROM. A message instantly presented itself and stated that the CDROM could not be found. What do I need to do now?

Yeah I have had a heck of a time installing any kinda of linux on a mac... Its probably that you just didnt get a good burn of the iso image. Did you do the MD5 check sum on the iso? If not then it may be corrupt. That would be the first suspect. Good luck man. I gave up on mine! LOL!
