Yellow Lines in Damn Small Linux, not Fluxbox

I've got an old Dell Latitude CP M233XT that I've been trying to get linux on for a while. I'd like something visually appealing, and I've settled on Damn Small Linux as what I'd like to give a try to.

So, I got the boot disc, put it in, and it works decently well -- except for these damned yellow lines. I can sorta see everything, but it's like I've got my brightness setting up nearly all the way... on 'dark'. I've been tinkering with and nothing I do seems to fix it. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
- Jimbo

*adding on*

Turns out, I was "overthinking".

It's not fluxbox -- more, something with DSL. Even the command line has these damned lines. Does anyone have ANY suggestions?
