You must understand that this forum has many volunteers, but we expect that you behave in your own best interests by trying and learning things and being able to deal with the outcomes in a way which approaches competence.
Now, you probably don't know all about Yate/Ekiga, but, on the other hand neither do we. Well, at least I don't, and I'd guess that TB0ne doesn't either (forgive me, if I am wrong). TB0ne has already done some work that anyone who has heard of the internet could do, so, as far as that is concerned, one of two things applies:
- You could have done it, but didn't bother
- You actually did something similar, but didn't bother to tell anybody and so wasted TB0ne's time.
Neither of those are particularly positive, and underlying this may be an unwillingness to put the effort into helping those who would help you, or a difficulty with asking questions.

As TB0ne says, you could make this a job offer, but:

If you really hope to find a worthwhile role in the telecommunications industry, you'll really have to do better than this. Taking the approach of giving any problem to a contractor (and you say this is for your graduation project...the idea of sub-contracting part of your graduation project, just because there is some work to be done is quite incredible) really isn't helping you to learn.
Right now, you have a simple choice - go and pay someone, or try, with help, to solve the problem.
To take the second path, which is what you should do, you will need to give those who might help you something to grip on. So, for a start, you could try thinking about what information might exist that a person solving such a problem would need in order to make progress. Of course, if you experience of problem solving, it will probably easier to work out which information is helpful in problem solving, but how well you do this is up to you; if you do it badly, probably few people will have much interest in helping you, so, in the longer term, do it badly and your success will be very limited.

You can post useful information to this thread, and if you do it well, I am sure that you will get some help (that is not the same as saying that someone will necessarily solve your problem for you, but you can't have everything). Whether the help that you get will be enough to get you from where you are now to where you want to be, we'll have to see. But first, you have to post something useful.
If you can't get that far immediately, an alternative approach would be to try to answer the question 'Why hasn't what I have posted, so far, been useful?' and for that it might be useful to answer the question '...and how much detail did I give of what actually happened, and would that have been the level of detail that would have helped?'.
