YaST Settings

How do I get YaST to use an online source instead of the boot disks, or what directory do I use online to have it search for new packages?

You need to disable the CD sources from YAST -> Software Management -> Installation Source. You then need to add the online sources you intend to use. There is a sticky thread in the Suse forum that has a guide on how to do this. Post back if you have any problems.
