Well you are using fedora, and you use KDE, so you can make the changes the way corp769 told you.
Again, why do you want to use the CLI to make the changes?

The files for auto start are located in
Code:
/home/username/.config/autostart/
or
Code:
/usr/share/autostart/

when I go to /usr/share/autostart
I get those 2 files:

konqy_preload.desktop nepomukserver.desktop

These will startup when you start KDE.
So study the structure of these files and create a new one for Yakuake
or create it using the GUI, like they told you before and study the file.
