Does anyone know how to recover a yahoo messenger password?

Doesn't yahoo let you recover it to the email address you registered with?

The Yahoo messenger login is the same as the Yahoo Mail login, so sending the login details to your email address wouldn't help as you would need the login details before you casn retrieve the email!

This is not a Linux issue. Whether Yahoo provide any facility to retreive a lost login is entirely up to them.

Go to yahoo mail. Where it asks you to sign in there is a link for if you forgot your passward. Click on that.
