It seems that I was missing the library libdb.so.3. I download it, but now... a little more help, I am not so familiar with it. now I have an archive tar.gz. What should i do with it ? I can unarch it somewhere, I suppose, but then ? usually I was pointed to do this:

# ./configure
# make
# make install

but when I enter in the directory of the unarchived file and give this command i receive the message:

[root@localhost libdb-0.0.3]# ./configure
bash: ./configure: No such file or directory
[root@localhost libdb-0.0.3]#

the instructions inside the unpacked archive tell me:

To give LibDB access to these files, move the entire media_files directory to a web-accessible location, and enter the URL to this location below:

[$ $OUT .= CGI->new->param('user_mediaurl'); $]

To be honnest, I am not a so good worker in linux, and I don't really understand much from this. I just wanted to install YMessenger on my linx. I did not imagined that it would be so hard ! Any sugestions on what should I do next ? Whay is "media_files directory to a web-accessible location" , for example ?
