Angry Yahoo Messenger File Transfer Problem

Hi all. Quick question. I downloaded rh9.ymessenger-1.0.4-1.i386.rpm into my redhat 9 box. I then went ahead to install it and evrything seems to work fine. I can send and recieve chat messages. But i cannot transfer (send) or receive between my linux machine and windows machine. What could be the problem? When i send a file from windows, the alert shows on the linux box but when i click on YES to download the file, i just get kicked out of yahoo messenger. On the other hand, when i send a file from the linux machine to the windows machine, it doesn't eve appear on the windows machine (abd i dont get an error in linux). Any ideas??Thanks
