xvkdb won't activate for login

Hello,
Using Ubuntu Feisty 7.04. on a
Tablet PC called a Ladder 100 "MSI brand"
trying to get my virtual Key board to activate for Loging in. I works fine outside of the login.

I put this statement as the last line before "exit 0" in my /etc/X11/gdm/Init/Default file. It worked fine once and I removed it to do some further testing now I can't get it to activate for loging in??

Code:
sleep 15 && /usr/bin/xvkbd -geometry -10-10 & # This is used for the xvkbd keyboard during login
I can cut a paste this code into a terminal CLS and it works just fine.

If you have a suggestion I would appreciate it.

Thanks Legolas327
