Cool Xserver Problem

Hi All

I am using GNU/linux 2.6.21-1-486. I am a problem that i have to reconfigure the xserver everytime i boot the system by using the command

#dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg

after a successful dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg
is there a /etc/xorg.conf or just a temporary file?
post the /etc/xorg.conf as well as the /var/log/Xorg.0.log
here please.
