Hi!
I have installed Debian Sarge from a netinstall CD. After the installation finished it came to the console screen. When I write "startx" it gives this error:
"XIO: fatal IO error 104 (connection reset by peer) on X server ":0.0" after 0 requests (0 known processed) with 0 events remaining". What is the reason of this?
I cannot send it any more I have get gmd with apt-get install gdm and I have written gdm to the console. It gives this error:
"I cannot start the X server. It is likely that it is not set up correctly. Would you like to view the X server out put to diagnose problem". And the computer is crashed. Now when I open the Linux again it does same thing. I have to install Linux from the beginning. Thanks.
