XINEMARA issue: Everything is expanding successfully, except Taskbar!

I am new to SUSE11 and currently try to expand the screen to two monitors by using the XINEMARA mode.

The screen is expanding successfully, but however, the taskbar at the bottom is not expanding. This is really confusing and is there any way to expand the taskbar too?

Does anyone or any experts even come cross this issue before? Did I need to adjust any additional settings?

Sounds like normal behaviour to me. The xinerama extension lets window managers and applications query the X server to figure out window placement so that windows don't maximize across both monitors and panels don't stretch across both monitors. Depending on the panel you might be able to configure it to do what you want, or you may be able to add another panel to the second monitor.
