Ximian + Look & Feel?
I just downloaded and installed Ximians Desktop 2...That is one NICE looking desktop! BUT!, Now I have no idea where to change all my settings such as screensaver, themes, colors, fonts, etc....Any ideas? Do I now need to download and install ANOTHER piece of software? I went back and downloaded/installed "Control Center" thinking that might be it, but after it installed, it's no where to be found.....

type: "gnome-control-center" in a terminal.

Also, you can get to "Start here" (where all your GNOME settings are) by going to Go-->Start Here, in Nautilus.

I always had the top desktop menu enabled and it was easy to find in there. If the directions from contrasutra don't help, try right clicking on your existing panel, then add panel, then try to find the desktop menu.

Then, I think the theme/look and feel settings are under the second menu from the right (actions? Haven't used Ximian in a while).
