I dont what is this, after i restart the machine its fine. can you tel me what is this and how i fixed.

I suggest you try the linux-server forum instead of this newbie one.

Also, please post more data about your configuration (Linux release, how you got xfs installed initially, what kind of disks this is on, how long it has worked correctly, etc ...)
