xfce panel has gone

I have found out how to edit things now and I accidentally deleted all the panels and now when i try to add some items to is it does nothing a when i hover over the icon on the panel it says 'this item has not been configured'
what is wrong with it?

i have done the same thing.. my XFCE panel dint comeback yet.
well try these

type the coommand in terminal
chck if it will come or not..
the best way is to reinstall xfce
