XF86config problem with mouse and keyboard

Im new to linux and i just installed the nvidia drivers for my Suse 9.0 box.
i have a Microsoft wireless usb scroll wheel mouse and a Microsoft wireless natural keyboard ps/2. I Did the XF86config thinking that was what i was suppose to do for the nvidia driver. i cant remeber what i did in the config but after that i used VI to edit to do the proper Nvidia entries. Xwindows works... but my mouse moves but sticks to the sides of the screens and does wierd things. The keyboard the same i can TAB between things but some buttons dont respond.

Can anyone help me with this?

I tried /dev/usbmouse but it does the same thing. Could this be caused by a wrong display setting?

I'm just a newb, but I would guess you have some settings wrong in your XF86Config. Try running the setup script agian or look at some turorials on how to set up that config file. One thing I learned was even if you have a USB mouse you should put the driver as ps/2 or something like that. Good luck.
