Question X-CD-Roast

I am dual booting Red Hat 9 with XP. I have Gnome and went back and installed KDE also, everything is working ok I think. I can't find X-CD-ROAST i would like to try it for cd burning. When i went back and installed KDE I could not find it listed anywhere as a program to install. Am i doing something wrong??????????
