X-cart: Parse error: syntax error Need help...

So I got this error that is preventing me from doing anything really, I tried to delete the .tpl file and replace with a new one with all the previous coding but will not let me re-save it...

Quote:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ',' in /home/henta/public_html/henta/var/templates_c/%%65^655^6551DB6B%%bottom.tpl.php on line 15
Revised\/ the code giving me problems...
PHP Code:
1.<table width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
2.<tr><td class="HeadThinLine"><img
3.src
="{$ImagesDir}/spacer.gif" class="Spc" alt="" /></td></tr>
4.<tr>
5.<td class="BottomBox">
6.<table width="100%" height="100%" cellpadding="0"
7.cellspacing="0"><tr>
8.<td class="Bottom" align="left">{include
9.file="main/prnotice.tpl"}</td>
10.<td class="Bottom" align="middle">{include url="skin1/images
11./Henta-logo.png"
}</td>
12.<td class="Bottom" align="right">{include
13.file="copyright.tpl"}</td>
14.</tr></table>
15.</td>
16.</tr>
17.</table
Original\/ trying to save it, before I encountered problems...
PHP Code:
<table width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
<
tr><td class="HeadThinLine"><img src="{$ImagesDir}/spacer.gif" class="Spc" alt="" /></td></tr>
<
tr>
<
td class="BottomBox">
<
table width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr>
<
td class="Bottom" align="left">{include file="main/prnotice.tpl"}</td>
<
td class="Bottom" align="right">{include file="copyright.tpl"}</td>
</
tr></table>
</
td>
</
tr>
</
table

So now I revise and change the coding and but it back to original but then it keeps saving back to the revised coding structure, after even deleting all of it and saving, keeps saving with everything back to where it was... I really have no idea what to do now, any help...

Using x-cart Version 4.1.10
PHP 5.2.17
Env_Os Linux
