wvdial troubles
 

Hi I want to run my internet connection in another virtual console (say virtual consol 1 Ctrl+Alt+F1), so that if I need to restart my XServer I dont need to reconnect.

I am using wvdial and it connects perfectly. The problem is that if I load the program in virtual consol 1 and then try to access web pages in my XServer (virtual consol 7), it cant find the host.

any suggestions.
