WUBI does not uninstall

Hi:
I installed Ubuntu 9.04 from Windows XP with WUBI, and then uninstalled both. Now I am stuck with a 15 sec delay on booting the machine because I still have the same OS choices screen at boot time (Ubuntu and Windows). I REGEDIT-deleted all the WUBI instances I found, deleted the C:UBUNTU, but I couldn´t get rid of it.

Any help on this matter will be much appreciated.

you need to repair your windows installation.
backup your files before you attempt this!
