Wrong Chown command.
 
hi, i ran a command chown apache:apache / and just about everything... i wanted to do it on a directory but it did it on complete server.

i unable to login to phpmyadmin and even all the databses are empty. any tips on how can i solve this. please.

Which distro is this? If its RH derived, there's a reset option via RPM http://www.cyberciti.biz/tips/reset-...ermission.html

yeah, it's centos.

i can't even login to ssh now.

Try that link or google it then; it can reset perms & ownerships iirc
