Unhappy Wrong behavior with auto fill whenever writing in any apps

When using linux, for the first time this week, more specifically the Zorin distribution I noticed that when typing some alphabet key sometimes it auto fills with something I wrote before, out of order, or with some directory. This occurs in different apps. When this happens I'm not using any function keys or commands. It's always a letter of the alphabet. I haven't changed any OS settings and I haven't installed any software yet.I also didn't have this problem when I used Windows in this laptop before. I would like to know how to fix this because except for this problem my experience with Linux has been great.
