writing fedora 8 on dvd in Windows using nero

hello,
I am student, and all my programming is recommended by university to work on linux, i have installed fedora6 long back and want to upgraded to fedora8, as i don't have enough space on Linux, so I've downloaded fedora8 in Windows XP as one folder called Fedora-8-dvd-i386 and it contains two image files called Fedora-8-i386-DVD and Fedora-8-i386-rescuecd, and one file named SHA1SUM, from a torrent. Please suggest me how should i burn it on DVD in order to make it bootable disc using nero.

Just choose the "burn from image" option (or something similar). You want to burn a DVD from the Fedora-8-i386-DVD image file.

I'm not sure about upgrading if you "don't have enough space on Linux". Maybe you could post your configuration---including the output of "fdisk -l" (run as root)
