Writing documentation for kde applications

I was wondering if there are any tools that aid in the writing of documentation for Kde applications. The documentation that appears when you clik the fooapplication handbook option in the help menu.

If there is not a helper application, then does anyone know of any guides that cover writign kde documentation for the menu? AM I able to write it in a text editor or do i need to do things with latex etc?

Thanks in advance

Michael.

Take a look at the "howto help" section at http://www.kde.org/documentation/. You may find something useful there.
