Hi, welcome to LQ!

Are you, by any chance, running of a live-CD?

It looks like you have not enough space on the disk/partition to write new files. What is the output of df -k and what is the partition you're trying to write onto?

If the partition is full you can either ask for more space to the system administrator or try to do some room by deleting files you don't need anymore. There are no alternatives.
