Would this script work for a rsync from a Windows to a Synology over a VPN?

This would either run on the remote Synology or a local third Linux machine.

#This is a local server Ill backup data from
//192.168.1.1/e$ /mnt/windowsdata cifs ro,username=domain\domainuser,password=mypass,iocharset=utf8,file_mode=0444,dir_mode=0444 0 0
#This Synology server is remote but appears as local because it is connected to a VPN server making it appear like it is in our network
//192.168.1.89/share /mnt/destination cifs rw,username=admin,password=anotherpass,iocharset=utf8,file_mode=0777,dir_mode=07*77 0 0
rsync -vrzh /mnt/windowsdata/ /mnt/destination
umount /mnt/windowsdata -l
umount /mnt/destination -l

Would this work?
