Unhappy Working with SBC9261 for the first time

I have recently purchased a SBC9261 board and daughter board with embedded Linux. I am just a beginner in ARM system as well as Linux. I am following the instruction as described in the "SBC9261-I Linux User Manual" and "SBC9261-I Linux Application Development Guide" in the CD supplied by the supplier. While developing the "Hello" program and downloading it to the SBC, I am facing some problems. Neither I am able to download it through USB nor through the tftp. I have copied the file in USB pen drive and put it in the USB host port. The SBC9261 recognizes the pen drive. But the commands as described in the manual does not work to copy the file to the SBC from USB pen drive.

I have tried the tftp also. did not work.

Kindly help me out.
