Wordpress Install: Bringing up default Apache page?

The machine is a fresh install of Ubuntu 16.04 w/ the default LAMP installed.

Followed that guide. I have tried it twice so far with the same result. When I try to navigate to the IP of the server, I get the default Apache "It works" page. I am sure it's something simple that I am screwing up. Anybody have any pointers?

Try entering "server_ip/index.php" or rename/delete the index.html file in /var/www/html.
