Wireless USB adapters for Ubuntu 8.04

I need a suggestion for a wireless USB adapter that works on Ubuntu 8.04 (that doesn't require Ndiswrapper).

So the adapter just worked out of the box? Did you have any problem configuring the passwords with your router? I have a netgear adapter and I got the driver installed with ndiswrapper, but I could not configure my lan settings and set the ESSID or passphrase.
