Wireless USB adapter - client and Access Point (AP)

Hi all,

I'm looking for a wireless USB adapter to use in my box (debian lenny, 2.6.24).
I saw the Edimax EW-7318Ug seems to work (sometimes hardly, but works).
I saw its manual at Edimax site and for windows it works as both: client or AP.
This is exactly what I need, but looking for it in Linux lists I did not
find any thing about using the EW-7318Ug as an AP.

Can someone tell me if it can be used as an AP in Linux too, and how can I do
that?

If not, can you tell me if there is a wireless USB adapter that can be
configured as a WiFi client or as a WiFi Access Point, in Linux?
Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Mauro
