that driver is in the kernel so you keep asking about how to load the driver for the hardware.
open a termenal and type lspci and post it then type lsmod and post it. then type dmesg and post it. this will show me your device then the module loaded for it and how it is loaded at start up.
so if you see the device and the driver loaded for it it will then be up to you to learn how to use the program to use your wifi connection. if not then try another distro I really am not a ubuntu fan. but there is plenty of ubuntu forums about you device.
