Wireless Problem in CentOS 6.2

Dear All
I am facing problem with wireless driver.
I checked Manufacture
03:00.0 Network controller: Atheros Communications Inc. AR9485 Wireless Network Adapter (rev 01)

and then I used
#modprobe ath9k
and
Checked
#lsmod | grep ath
ath9k 266946 0
mac80211 130488 1 ath9k
ath 7545 1 ath9k
cfg80211 117703 3 ath9k,mac80211,ath
#
Already Chkconfig off both network and wpa_supplicant.
Also Chkconfig on NetworkManager

But
I can not get contact to My AP with WPA.
Can You All help me for my problem?

have you tried using the only supported version of CentOS 6 ?
CentOS 6.5
the 2 year out of date kernel in the 3 minor versions out of date 6.2
might be to old
