What type of machine is this on (Desktop/Lapop)? is the card PCI/MiniPCI/USB? What card is it (manufacturer/model; if PCI, post output of lspci; if USB, post the output of lsusb)? Which driver are you using(if you don't know, no worries)? Are there any symptoms(eg connects but no data transfer)? Any information that seems remotely relevant should also be posted.
