wireless not working in linux mint-elyssa

I am using LinuxMint-Elyssa on a Gateway6821 MT6821 notebook. Pt has an Intel PRO Wireless 3945 802.11. When I initially installed,it worked great. When I reboot, wireless is not recognized. Any suggestions? (please)

Hi,
I'm running ubuntu in a acer 5920g with the same wireless card. The card also didn't work initially, but I went to http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Download and installed that, and it's working perfectly now. Be sure to read the instructions.
Good luck

Mrtonyb, I too am having this same problem. I have to manually turn on my wireless again every time I reboot. It might have something to do with the program we are using to manage our wireless connections. I am going to do some work on this and if i find a solution I will let you know.
