Wireless Networking With Debian 5 Question

I just set up a PC with Debian 5 (Lenny) and love it! I would like to purchase and install a wireless network card to install, but need advice on what PCI wireless cards out there work best with Linux that are easy to set up. I don't want to mess with the kernel. Suggestions?

Anything with an Intel chipset should work, Broadcom chipsets aren't as much of a hassle anymore, if you get one with a Broadcom chipset install this http://ubuntu.cafuego.net/pool/hardy...fuego0_all.deb and then restart you computer, and it should work.

I like the list over at the Free Software Foundation.. their list covers wireless cards that have free drivers available.
(although some still require proprietary firmware)
