Wireless network for my acer 4720z laptop

Hi,
I am using the RHEL-5 on my acer laptop and model is 4720z.
I want to use wifi in linux.could anyone point me how can i enable
wifi seting for my laptop(acer 4720z).

Please provide me steps descriptive so it will be very easy to follow me
