Wireless issue with CentOS 5

Hi ;
i need a help i get a wireless device Broadcom Corporation BMC4318 Wireless ALN controller installed with CentOS 5 and i cannot activate the network device do you an idea ?

You can use the Windows driver. You will need to install ndiswrapper in order to use the Windows driver.

thanks a lot but it seems that the device is seen as BMC4318 wireless LAN controller under 'Wireless Device Configuration'which is I think is the right driver and the right name of the card but but i cannot active and i cna't get an IP address it under 'Network Configuration' any idea ?
