Wireless driver help! Dell E5510 Latitude's DW1501 wireless-N WLAN Half-Mini-Card

I have been on Windows and OS X back and fourth my whole life. I've tried experimenting with Linux, and I think the only thing that keeps sending me back is how hard it seems to get all my hardware running together. This time I went for Ubuntu Intel 64 bit. I really do love how everything feels, but I just need some help. Where can I find a driver that will work with my wireless adapter in Ubuntu? I don't even know how to install packages in Linux. I am willing to do whatever it takes, I just need some honest guidance.

My wireless adapter's specifications are: DW1501 Wireless-N WLAN Half-Mini-Card.
I'm on my Dell E5510, if that helps any.

Thanks for any kind of help,
Sincerely,
Ethan

Ubuntu, last I knew, had an icon near the clock on the right that would allow you to scan for restricted drivers. I believe this is where you need to go to install wl drivers for broadcom wireless device. Or....google it, wl broadcom Ubuntu.

Confirmed broadcom-sta drivers work (after activating via hardware drivers in kickoff>system>hardware drivers, missed that one

Go to your distro's package manager, and search for restricted drivers. Once you do, install, and you should be good.

Cheers,

Josh
